These programs are designed for members of the “National Youth Service Corps” in Nigeria, so that the fresh graduates will have an intimidating training on management and administration by way of managing the environment which is already hostile and clustered.at the completion of the course, participants are qualified to join the direct membership level of the institute and become a professional manager for life.
